The World Children Fitness Championships 2018 has been successfully wrapped up over the weekend, from 15th-17th of June in Bratislava, Slovakia with about 200 young athletes from 12 countries.
Organized by the most experienced Slovak Fitness, Bodybuilding & Powerlifting Association, the Championships had 9 female categories, from 7 to 15 years old and 3 male categories, from 9 to 15 years old and the new generation of athletes have showed everyone what a promising future the bodybuilding and fitness industry has.
One of the highlights of the event was that, for the first time, there were participants from Asia at the World Children Fitness Championships. The young representatives were from Mongolia and team from Mongolian United Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (MUFBF) took away two 4th places home. Mongolia has successfully kick-started the participation of Asian young athletes to the World Championships, with many to follow.
